WARRANTY ON THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

All items are covered by a 24-month warranty for production failures.

Online sales are subject to Legislative Decree No. 206 of 6/9/2005 which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. Update June 2014 Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If the product purchased does not meet the expectations described, it is possible to take advantage of the right of withdrawal which consists in the possibility of withdrawing from the purchase. The customer is required to return the purchased products in perfect condition and in their original packaging. To exercise this right, you must:

1) Send an email to [email protected] within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods

indicating the order number, invoice number, code and quantity of the items if the withdrawal is partial and bank details to obtain the transfer (IBAN of the invoice holder).

2) Return the goods by courier in the original packaging and in perfect condition.

We recommend taking some photographs of the product before repacking it in order to demonstrate its integrity before shipping.

Indicate on the boxes the reference to our delivery document and invoice to the following address:

Chairs & More will credit the customer with the amount paid on the invoice, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return.

3) The right of withdrawal is not applied, for all products that are customized and made specifically at the moment.

RETURN FOR DEFECTS

If the material is damaged due to transport or presents manufacturing defects, CHAIRS & MORE undertakes to replace the material under warranty without any charge.

To exercise this right, you must:

Send a written communication via email to [email protected] within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods, indicating the order references, the defective item and details of the defect found with attached images documenting the damage or defect.

Customer Service will provide feedback as soon as possible to resolve the problem.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Competent Court for Customers residing in Italy is that of Udine, Italy.

For the Consumer residing in Europe, the European Commission has set up an online platform which provides an alternative dispute resolution tool.

This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve in a non-judicial manner any dispute relating to contracts for the sale of goods and services entered into on the web and/or deriving from them. Consequently, if you are a Consumer established in Europe, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute arising from the online contract stipulated on this site.
